BATAVIA TOWNSHIP, Ohio — In the early hours of Friday, Aug. 21, the Clermont County Sheriff's Office said someone made a call to 911, claiming their car was just shot at.

Four people were driving down Clough Pike when a BMW began tailgating them and flashing its lights, according to a criminal complaint.

The BMW passed the group, who thought it might have been friends of theirs, so they followed it, according to the 911 call.

When the group arrived outside a house on Breckenridge Way, the men in the BMW got out of the car and brandished a firearm, according to a criminal complaint.

The alleged victims fled but were chased by the BMW, police said.

The suspects were identified as 18-year-old Errick Davis, 18-year-old Daveon Stillwell and 19-year-old Daviyon Lunsford.

The victims told police they saw a green laser in the car and heard several gunshots while driving down Judd Road, according to a criminal complaint.

Eventually, the victims made their way to the UDF on Main Street in Batavia. That's when they saw a bullet hole in the trunk and that a bullet made its way into an armrest inside the vehicle.

Nobody was injured in the shooting.

Police obtained a search warrant and identified Davis, Lunsford and Stillwell as the three men who were inside the BMW.

Deputies went to the home on Breckenridge Way, and at first, nobody answered the door. A SWAT team was called, and soon after, the suspects exited the home and were taken into custody, according to the sheriff's office.

All three were arraigned in Clermont County Municipal Court on Monday.

Prosecutors identified Davis as the alleged shooter and Lunsford as the one driving the BMW. Both have been charged with four counts of felonious assault.

Stillwell is charged with obstructing justice.

Each suspect is set to appear in court next on Aug. 31.
