OXFORD, Ohio — The game that was supposed to bring the Miami Redhawks' regular football season to a close this weekend has been canceled "due to COVID-19 concerns," the team announced Thursday.
The Redhawks were scheduled to travel to Bowling Green State University for the game Saturday. Now, that game has been declared a no contest.
The Redhawks were ranked fourth in the Mid-American Conference East division as of Thursday morning, with a 2-1 overall and in-conference record.
