CINCINNATI — One person is dead after a shooting in Over-the-Rhine Thursday night, Cincinnati police said.
Officers at the scene said a male believed to be between the ages of 16 and 18 was shot in the chest at an apartment on the 1300 block of Vine Street. He was taken to UC Medical Center, where he later died.
Police said the suspect in the shooting fled the scene.
