Camp Washington Chili posted on its Facebook page that it reopened Wednesday at 9 a.m. after being closed due to building damage from a car crash.
In the post, Camp Washington Chili expressed gratitude for the community's support:
A huge thank you to our contractors, the local health department, building inspectors, first responders, Duke Energy, and our entire CWC team for moving so quickly to make the necessary repairs, inspections, and safety checks happen.
And to our community, thank you for all the calls, messages, comments, shares, and love. We’re incredibly grateful for your support and even more grateful that everyone was safe and no one was hurt.

Camp Washington Chili is closed until further notice after a car recently crashed into the building.
The more than 80-year-old chili restaurant said on social media that the closure is due to recent damage to the building, specifically pointing out impacts to the drive-through area. The owner of Camp Washington Chili told WCPO that a recent car crash damaged the building's wall.
"We are hopeful that this will be a short-term closure and that we’ll be able to welcome everyone back through our doors as soon as possible," Camp Washington Chili wrote on social media. "Our team is already working through the necessary next steps, and we appreciate your patience and understanding while we make sure everything is safe and ready for our customers and staff."
