Cincy Lifestyle and Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio wanted to take the time and highlight a few local home health aides for the important work they do to help older adults remain independent in their homes. This is a workforce that is underappreciated and underpaid. There’s a nationwide shortage of qualified home health workers and this directly impacts our ability to serve older adults. So to all of you to help our aging population, THANK YOU!
