OXFORD, Ohio — Miami University will no longer take on Ohio University on Tuesday as a result of roster issues on OU's team from COVID-19 cases.

The game will not be rescheduled and has been declared a "no contest," according to the Miami University athletics department.

The announcement did not state how many OU players have tested positive or come into contact with COVID-19, but cited positive tests and subsequent contact tracing as the reason for the cancellation.

MU's next game, on November 28 at Akron, is still scheduled to take place.
