High School Insider: The Ohio high school football season receives the green light

The past 24 hours has been quite interesting for the Ohio high school sports landscape.

After Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine gave the green light for high school football to proceed this fall, the Ohio High School Athletic Association continued to offer guidance to member schools on a variety of related topics.

The WCPO High School Insider spoke with OHSAA senior director of communications Tim Stried about the reaction to DeWine's decision and the plans for the fall sports season during the COVID-19 pandemic.
