This has been a calendar year unlike any other for the Ohio High School Athletic Association.

The state governing body for high school athletics completed a fall season amid plenty of challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Now, it looks ahead toward 2021 and the continuation of the winter sports season as member schools continue to manage pauses and rescheduling during the pandemic.

OHSAA executive director Doug Ute reflects upon this fall season and his first 100 days as the leader of a non-profit organization that has 815 member high schools and approximately 760 seventh- to eighth-grade schools.

Plus, North College Hill boys basketball coach Shannon Minor discusses a 38-day athletics pause due to the pandemic.

Beechwood football coach Noel Rash previews the Tigers' Class 2A state final against Lexington Christian Friday afternoon at the University of Kentucky.

Rash also discusses why he believes senior quarterback Cameron Hergott should be Kentucky Mr. Football.
