All-Star second baseman Scooter Gennett is a last-minute addition to the annual four-day Reds Caravan through Reds Country starting Thursday.

New pitcher Tanner Roark and new manager David Bell will also participate, but none of the players recently acquired from the Dodgers – most notably outfielders Yasiel Puig and Matt Kemp and pitcher Alex Wood – will be on the Jan. 17-20 bus tours of five states, according to a release from the club.

Other players taking part include All-Star third baseman Eugenio Suarez, catcher Tucker Barnhart, outfielder Jesse Winker, pitcher Sal Romano and minor league outfielder Taylor Trammell and catcher Tyler Stephenson.

Also appearing will be Reds CEO Bob Castellini (Louisville, Dayton, Huntington and Evansville only), President of Baseball Operations Dick Williams, Vice President and General Manager Nick Krall, Hall of Famer & Senior Advisor to Baseball Operations Joe Morgan (Evansville only), plus broadcasters, current and former players, members of the front office and mascots.

The four bus caravans will make a total of 17 stops over four days. The tours (minus Gennett, Roark, Castellini and Morgan) will meet on the final day at the Florence Mall on Sunday, Jan. 20. Doors to the mall open at 9 a.m., and the Q&A with players will begin at 11 a.m. From noon to 2 p.m., fans can get autographs with current players and photos with Reds alumni and minor leaguers.
