FLORENCE, Ky. — Kentucky state police on Friday identified a man fatally shot by U.S. Marshals in late June.
Police said Jeremy A. Nelson, 33, was the subject of a raid on June 30. Marshals were attempting to executive multiple arrest warrants at a Garden Drive home when he shot at them, according to a news release from police.
Marshals shot Nelson, and he died at the scene.
