CINCINNATI — A fourth person has been arrested and charged with murder one month after a person was shot and killed near 2329 Gilbert Ave. in Walnut Hills.

James Taylor, 24, was arrested by the Cincinnati Police Department on Saturday and charged with the murder of Terrance Smith, 22. Smith was shot on December 17, before his car was stolen.
Three other people are also charged in the death of Smith. They are: Lemichael Johnson, 22, Avriana Johnson, 21 and Jordyn Stemmerding, 19.
