WHITEWATER TOWNSHIP, Ohio — One person has been arrested and charged for a deadly shooting in Whitewater Township Tuesday evening.
Cole Hornsby, 24, has been charged with murder for the death of 40-year-old Theodore Block, Hamilton County Sheriff's Office said.
HCSO said deputies responded to a call of shots fired on the 5000 block of Kilby Road.
Court documents said deputies found Block on the ground. He was confirmed dead at the scene.
According to the documents, a witness told deputies that Hornsby went up to Block and "began having a verbal dispute." Hornsby then pulled out a gun and shot Block multiple times.
