PLEASANT RIDGE, Ohio — More than a year after a fire consumed their old location, the owners of The Coffee Exchange are set to reopen the cafe Tuesday in a new spot.
"We have worked so hard for this day and hope you are all as pleased with the results as we are. It is truly more than I could have imagined!!!" The Coffee Exchange wrote on Facebook.
The cafe's new home is at 6041 Montgomery Road, which is less than a mile away from their old location.
The new location is also four times larger than their previous location, which means more seating, more space for food and treats and more space to play games.
The Coffee Exchange is open Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Coffee Exchange's old location burned up in a three-alarm fire on June 7, 2018. The fire started in an apartment above the business before it spread to the entire building.
