CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio — Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating an overnight crash that left one person dead in Clermont County.
According to investigators, Justin Rack, 38, was heading east on State Route 749 around 2:00 a.m. Sunday when his vehicle struck a fence. Rack was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators said he was not wearing a seat belt. It is unknown if alcohol or drugs were a factor in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol Batavia Post.
