WEST CHESTER, Ohio — West Chester police have located a 9-year-old who went missing Monday night.
Police responded to the 5100 block of Westwind Court after a boy was reported missing just before 9 p.m.
The boy was found almost 3 hours later in a vehicle outside of an apartment complex.
Police did not give any other information on how they found the boy or how he accessed the vehicle.
