CINCINNATI — Less than one year after closing its Newport location, Bar Louie has officially left the Greater Cincinnati area.
The Newport location quietly followed Newport staple Mitchell's Fish Market in closing its doors last May.
Now, the company has confirmed more closures in a Facebook post, stating that the last day of operation for its Oakley and Anderson Towne Center locations was January 25. The restaurant chain also announced it had closed its locations in Beavercreek and Miamisburg.
The company joins a list of several Cincinnati-area restaurants that have announced their closure in 2020. Several Hyde Park restaurants, Keystone Bar & Grill, Sartre OTR, and Stone's Restaurant in Cheviot have all announced closures. Stone's restaurant, unlike the others, closed after its owners announced they would be retiring.
