How much rain fell in Sunday night's storms?

Portions of the Tri-State got pounded with rain Sunday night, causing flash flooding that pushed some Norwood residents out of their homes, blocked I-71 with high waters, closed Norwood schools Monday and shut down Columbia Parkway for the Monday morning commute.
