CINCINNATI -- The water from Sunday night's flooding may be gone, but the mud and debris stayed behind on Columbia Parkway. The roadway was closed between Torrence Parkway and Delta Avenue until 6:40 a.m. Monday.
To get around, take Delta Avenue to Linwood Avenue, then Observatory Avenue, Madison Road and Torrence Parkway back to Columbia Parkway.
Another option is to get onto Riverside Drive and head into Downtown.
