COVINGTON, Ky. -- Crews have the right lanes of northbound Interstate 71/75 blocked as they work to clear an early morning semi crash.
A semi ran off the road at the cut-in-the-hill before 4:30 a.m. Tuesday. Police said the driver was not injured.
