COVINGTON, Ky. -- A crash involving a semitrailer and a car clogged up both sides of Interstate 71/75.
A semi and a car crashed in the northbound lanes of the Cut-in-the-Hill early Tuesday morning, dispatchers said, and the crash spilled over into the southbound lanes.
At one point, traffic was backed up northbound past Dixie Highway in Northern Kentucky, and southbound traffic is past the Brent Spence Bridge.
Officials opened all lanes of the interstate before 7:30 a.m.
