CINCINNATI -- A jackknifed big rig on eastbound Fort Washington Way (northbound I-71) just before the Lytle Tunnel has snarled traffic since about 9:20 a.m. Friday.
Three left lanes are closed as crews clean up the mess, leaving traffic to funnel through one lane. Traffic is backed up all the way across the Brent Spence Bridge and down I-71/75 northbound into Covington.
