CRITTENDEN, Ky. -- Three medical helicopters landed on southbound Interstate 75 Thursday in response to an early morning crash.
Interstate 75 was closed near mile marker 176 for about an hour Thursday morning. Officials reopened one lane at about 6:30 a.m.
Kenton County dispatchers could not confirm the amount of vehicles involved or the extent of injuries. It is unclear whether the coroner has been called to the scene.
