OXFORD, Ohio – Like most football fans in Greater Cincinnati, Trevor Bentley roots for the Bengals.
But even though they live in Bengals country, Bentley’s son, Alex, is a diehard Steelers fan, thanks to a grade school teacher.
Bentley posted a video on Facebook of himself surprising Alex with tickets from a friend to the Dec. 13 Bengals-Steelers game.

“Bengals tickets,” Alex asks in the video, obviously excited. “When, today? We’re going to the game? Oh my gosh, we get to go!”
The video somehow made its way to Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger, who sent Alex one of his autographed game shoes. Bentley sent some photos of his happy son and a note to Roethlisberger’s fan site this week as thanks.
