CINCINNATI - The game may be three months away, but the Bengals have already begun shipping supplies to London, England, where they will play the Washington Redskins in Week 8.

It's part of the NFL's "International Series,"  and it's a first for the Bengals.

The team's business manager insists it's just another game. Almost.

"We kind of look at this as a West Coast game trip - that is, a two-day trip," says Bill Connelly.

The game at Wembley Stadium isn't until Oct. 30, but Connelly says they have a lot of stuff to get there.

"There's video equipment, athletic training equipment and coaches equipment."

Not to mention...

"Gatorade, and water and other supplies."

What aren't they taking?

"We aren't shipping toilet paper. The toilet paper over there is fine," Connelly said.

A trip to the isle of fish and chips is a first for many of the players, including Ryan Hewitt.

"It's a long way away, as far as a game. But I think the guys are excited. I've never been over there. I've never been overseas," Hewitt says.

"I haven't been to Europe," Vinny Rey said.

Still, Rey says everyone is trying to keep their excitement in check.

"We haven't really thought too much about that, except having to bring in our passports to Coach … The thing everybody here is thinking about is playing the Jets (in the season opener) on Sept. 11."

The team will only be in London for two days.

"We're going play the game, win the game. It's a business trip," Connelly said. "We will have a little sightseeing adventure."
