ORLANDO, Fla. — On paper, No. 3-seeded Florida State seems to have everything going for it against 11th-seeded Xavier on Saturday night (6:10 p.m. EDT on TNT).

WCPO’s Evan Millward was at Xavier’s workout Friday and asked the players and coach Chris Mack about the matchup.

See what they said in the video above.

Besides the seeding and the Sunshine State home advantage, FSU has 6-foot-7 guard Dwayne Bacon, who can blow past opponents and post up smaller guards. Bacon is coming off a 25-point, nine-rebound performance against Florida Gulf Coast.

And there’s FSU’s two 7-footers.

The Seminoles (26-8) have the ability to dominate the paint with 7-foot-1 Michael Ojo and 7-foot-4 Christ Koumadje. The Seminoles had nine blocked shots against FGCU with Koumadje (four) and Ojo (two) accounting for a combined six rejections.

Xavier (22-13) looked good in knocking off Maryland Thursday. but if the Musketeers' leading scorers, Trevon Bluiett and J.P. Macura, don’t shoot well from outside, it could be a long night.
