CINCINNATI -- Reds catcher Tucker Barnhart and his wife Sierra are going to be parents.
Barnhart tweeted Tuesday that the couple's first child is due Sept. 1.

Barnhart, an Indianapolis native, made his MLB debut in April 2014. He was drafted by the Reds in the 10th round of the 2009 MLB draft.
