PD: 2 Indiana men arrested after selling alcohol out of home

INDIANAPOLIS -- Two men were arrested Sunday afternoon after they had been selling alcohol out of their home, according to Indiana State Excise Police. 

Mossy Ivy, 75, and Dwayne A. Ivy, 37, were arrested at 1 p.m. Sunday after police say they found 805 cans of various brands of beer and 418 bottles of various kinds of liquor at their home in Indianapolis.

Police also said there were three handguns, one shotgun, $4,778 in cash and an undisclosed amount of marijuana.

Both were booked into the Marion County Jail on the preliminary misdemeanor charges of maintaining a common nuisance, unauthorized sales of alcoholic beverage and sale of untaxed alcoholic beverages.
