DEARBORN COUNTY, Ind. — A driver hit and killed a 15-year-old boy on Saturday, according to the Dearborn County Sheriff’s Office.
A woman driving northbound on State Route 1 hit Joshua Welsh, of Guilford, as he “ran from the west side of the road directly in the path" of the driver, authorities said.
First responders airlifted Welsh to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
