Political junkies hoping to get ripped like Supreme Court justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg will soon have insider access to her workout tips.

“The RBG Workout: How She Stays Strong … and You Can Too!” is scheduled to be released on Oct. 3, written by Ginsburg’s personal trainer, Bryant Johnson.

CNN reports that a cartoon Ginsburg clad in a court robe, purple leggings and “trusty sneakers” fills 112 pages with her various exercises.

Back in February, as liberals worried about the 84-year-old justice’s health and whether President Donald Trump would be able to eventually choose her replacement, Politico reporter Ben Schreckinger set out to see how Ginsburg stays fit. The workout “nearly broke” him.

"As for Ginsburg’s continued vitality, after going through one of her workouts I can confirm she could not be in better hands. Sore, disoriented and cranky, I didn’t feel a day over 65,” Schreckinger wrote on Politico.

Ginsburg has sat on the Supreme Court since 1993, but she truly become a cultural icon in 2012 with the launch of the Tumblr account Notorious R.B.G.

She credits the workout time that she spends with Johnson as a big reason for her long career as a liberal legal icon, according to CNN.

"A very important part of my life is my personal trainer, who has been with me since 1999 and now also trains Justice (Elena) Kagan and most recently Justice (Stephen) Breyer," Ginsburg said at a panel in February.
