HARLAN TOWNSHIP, Oh — A bicyclist was fatally struck by a minivan in Harlan Township early Sunday evening, at around 4:51 p.m., according to police.

According to Ohio State Highway Patrol, 34-year-old Stephanie Vesper, of Loveland, was traveling north on Morrow Rossburg Road with another cyclist when she lost control of her bike and crossed the center line in front of a black Honda minivan.
