CINCINNATI — The northbound lanes of I-71 are back open at the Lytle Tunnel, but crews are still working to remove an overturned semi truck that was previously blocking the tunnel's entrance.
Crews at the scene appear to have moved the semi out of the way of traffic, but it is still overturned. The 2nd Street East ramp to I-71 north is currently blocked while crews continue to work.
