CINCINNATI — All roads and ramps are back open at the Lytle Tunnel, hours after a semi truck overturned and blocked the northbound lanes of I-71.
Crews have fully removed the semi truck.
The crash happened around 6:30 a.m. Wednesday morning; by 8:30, crews at the scene appeared to have moved the semi out of the way of highway traffic, but it was still overturned and blocking the 2nd Street East ramp to I-71.

Wednesday morning, traffic cameras showed the entire semi truck was lying on its side in the rightmost lane of I-71 approaching the tunnel from the northbound side of the highway.
Police have not said whether the driver was injured, or what may have caused the crash.
