CINCINNATI -- Former University of Cincinnati police officer Ray Tensing's defense attorney, Stew Mathews, sought to have jurors hear about Samuel DuBose's medical and criminal records, as well as how much marijuana he might have had in his system when Tensing fatally shot him.
Judge Megan Shanahan ultimately ruled that DuBose's history could not be provided to jurors at Tensing's murder trial, but they could hear about how much marijuana he had in his car when Tensing stopped him.
