NORWOOD, Ohio -- Norwood police issued the all-clear after searching Norwood View Elementary School on Carthage Avenue, according to Lt. Ronald Murphy. Police were investigating a suspicious note.
Students are returning to class after being evacuated Monday. All students were safely taken to another facility as police investigated. Murphy told WCPO that police treated the note as a bomb threat as a precaution.
Police issued the all-clear around noon Monday.
