Police have arrested Santi Estill Jr. in connection to a hit-and-run crash that left a child critically injured on Thursday.

Police said they arrested Estill Jr. Saturday; he has been charged with driving without a license and leaving the scene of an accident.

A 9-year-old boy was badly injured in the crash, according to North College Hill police.

Police said Estill Jr., who originally fled the scene, later showed up at the North College Hill Police Station and made a statement.
