CINCINNATI – Firefighters had to pull a trapped driver from a rolled-over SUV after a five-car crash on Interstate 71 during rush hour Friday morning, police said.
That driver and one other were transported to hospitals, but they did not have serious injuries.
The chain-reaction crash happened on the northbound lanes just north of the Pfeiffer Road exit at about 6:48 a.m., police said.
It closed all but one northbound lane for more than an hour and slowed southbound traffic, too. The scene was cleared at 8:10 a.m.
Police are still working to determine what caused the crash.
