SYMMES TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A driver suffered a medical emergency Saturday morning which caused them to cross over a median and crash into oncoming traffic on westbound I-275 near Loveland Madeira Road, shutting the highway down for hours, according to deputies.

According to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office, the driver suffered a seizure while driving east on I-275 around 9 a.m. Saturday. The driver swerved left through an emergency vehicle crossover and crashed into four vehicles in the westbound lanes.

The drivers of the struck vehicles are Yvonne Brown, 58, Tenaha Dickerson, 30, Tylie Kleweno, 27 and Anne Moloney, 58.

First responders had to extract Kleweno from her vehicle, and officials said she suffered serious injuries from the crash. Officials said the other drivers had minor injuries.

Officials said none of the vehicles involved in the crash were participating in the Trump parade.

The crash is still under investigation. The highway has reopened.
