CINCINNATI -- A big rig crash closed northbound Interstate 75 just before Ezzard Charles Drive at about 4 a.m. Tuesday, scattering packages of computer equipment all over the roadway and into the median.
Some far-flung packages even closed two southbound lanes temporarily. Three northbound lanes of travel reopened by 5 a.m. Tuesday, but subsequent crashes and heavy rain compounded delays and caused traffic to back up into Northern Kentucky through 9 a.m.

One northbound lane remains closed. ODOT had no estimate as to when the highway would fully reopen. Emergency crews were on the scene for several hours cleaning up the mess underneath the Freeman Avenue overpass.
