CINCINNATI -- Someone tried shipping 25 pounds of bright pink liquid cocaine to from Colombia to Cincinnati Thursday and called it "Rose Waters" to throw off suspicion.
It didn’t work.
United States Customs and Border Protection officers intercepted the package and discovered the 12 bottles of liquid inside tested positive for cocaine.
"Our officers are committed to keep our country and communities safe from illegal and dangerous drugs," CBP Cincinnati Port Director Richard Gillespie said in a statement. "This seizure is one example where their training and quick response was critical for officer safety as well."
