CINCINNATI -- Police investigated the fatal shooting of a man in South Cumminsville Friday evening.
Elijah Wheeler, 21, was shot in the area of Borden and Weber streets, police said.
He died less than a mile from where 50-year-old Ralph Whitehead had been discovered dead the day before.
