CINCINNATI — The Cincinnati Police Department have safely located a critically missing man who went missing from his home Sunday morning.
Police said Roe Edwards, 73, walked away from his home on Hutchins Avenue in Cincinnati around 8 a.m. Sunday and had not been seen since.
Police said Edwards suffers from Alzheimer's disease and other medical conditions and was determined as critically missing because of his need for medication.
