CINCINNATI -- Police announced Tuesday night they were searching for Jacqulyn Thompson, a woman who disappeared from a Cincinnati psychiatric hospital Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, 40-year-old Thompson left Summit Behavioral Healthcare Hospital on a pass and failed to return. The hospital reported her disappearance around 5:30 p.m.
Thompson is a brown-haired white woman who stands 5-feet-5-inches and weighs 190 pounds, according to a news release from Ohio MHAS. Anyone who sees her should call the Cincinnati Police Department.
