CINCINNATI — One person is dead and another injured after an early morning double shooting in Over-the-Rhine, according to police.
Investigators said two people were shot near the corner of Hamer Street and Back Street, close to Grant Park in OTR around 3:30 a.m. Leonard Powell, 32, was pronounced dead at the scene and another person is in critical condition at a local hospital.
An investigation into the shooting is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call the Homicide Unit at (513) 352-3542.
