CINCINNATI — Authorities believe there could be additional victims connected to an Oakley man facing child pornography charges.
Christopher Alvin Muldrow, 33, was arrested Wednesday and charged with four counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor, which is a second-degree felony.
Authorities received a tip from the nationwide task force “Internet Crimes Against Children” about Muldrow’s online activity. According to investigators with the Regional Electronics & Computer Investigations (RECI) task force, Muldrow was grooming, enticing and soliciting sexually explicit material from children all over the United States. So far, investigators said they have confirmed three victims, ages 13 to 15, from New York, Arkansas and Colorado.
