CINCINNATI -- Ever since ice turned Greater Cincinnati into a scene from “Frozen,” thousands of Duke Energy customers have been without power. Some customers aren't expected to have power again until Sunday. As Duke Energy crews work to restore power, there are several places to go for a warm up.

All of the City of Cincinnati Recreation Centers are open as warming centers during normal business hours, according to the Hamilton County Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency.

All 42 branches of the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County are serving as warming centers as well.

About 15,000 households were without power as of Friday afternoon. The majority of the outages are in Hamilton County.
