The Famous Neons Unplugged served the final drink at its 208 E. 12th St. location on Dec. 17, 2016. The popular Over-the-Rhine bar will move to a new home in 2017. Despite the unusually warm December weather the bar's famous patio went most unused on the last night due to continuous rain.

CINCINNATI -- The newest bar in Over-the-Rhine will open just in time for Christmas.
Four Entertainment Group (4EG), the company behind bars and restaurants like Lachey's and the Mount Adams Pavilion, announced on Facebook that Rosedale will open at 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 23.
Rosedale is located at 208 E. 12th St. in Over-the-Rhine. 4EG announced plans to open the bar and outdoor patio in the spot formerly occupied by Wellmann Brand's Famous Neon's Unplugged in May.
Wellmann closed Neon's in December 2016.
Through Facebook, 4EG shared pictures of the company's extensive remodel of the bar, which includes a kitchen and dog-friendly patio.
This is the third local bar 4EG has opened within three months. The company opened Hightail in Mount Adams on Nov. 23 and the Roosevelt Room at Liberty Center in Butler County in October.
