CINCINNATI -- Someone shot and killed a man in South Fairmount Wednesday night, according to Cincinnati police.
A suspect shot 43-year-old Joseph Brooks at about 8:44 p.m. near the 2100 block of Queen City Avenue, police said. Brooks died at the scene.
