CINCINNATI -- FC Cincinnati has just two games to go before earning a spot in the 2018 United Soccer League Cup game.
The Cincinnati soccer club will host the New York Red Bulls in the second round of playoffs Saturday. FC Cincinnati knocked out Nashville SC in the first round.
Before fans cheer on the orange and blue, they must purchase tickets for the 4 p.m. game at Nippert Stadium.
Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Tuesday. An exclusive window for season ticket members is already open but closes at 9 a.m. Tuesday. Seats that go unclaimed by season ticket members will be made available to everyone. Tickets start at $10.
Saturday’s game marks FC Cincinnati’s first time advancing to the second round of the USL Cup Playoffs, the first time in three years.
If the regular-season champion can take out New York, the team advances to the Eastern Conference Championship on Nov. 2. Two teams will fight for the USL Cup on Nov. 8.
