CINCINNATI — Cincinnati police said a 9-year-old girl who went missing from Evanston was found safe early Thursday morning. Police want to thank the public for their help.

Sopheria White, 9, is four feet tall, weighs 90 pounds, has brown eyes and wears her hair in braids.
