CINCINNATI — Police say a 29-year-old man wanted for a felony probation violation should be considered “armed and dangerous.”
Rondell Brooks is also wanted for questioning in a felonious assault that happened April 29 on North Bend Road, police say.
Brooks is 5 feet 11 inches tall and 228 pounds.
