CINCINNATI — A gunman fired into the window of a College Hill apartment complex Wednesday night, wounding a man and woman inside. Both were taken from Groesbeck Road to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, according to Cincinnati police Capt. David Fink.
Fink did not disclose either victim’s status but said the woman had been struck in the shoulder.
The man received treatment for an arm injury, which police said could have been caused by a bullet or shrapnel.
